Choose which symptom and life-factor categories appear when you log from Settings → Tracking Settings. This Settings path is separate from the sliders shortcut in Daily Tracking — see managing what you track for that quick toggle.
What this path controls
- Turn entire Symptom or Life factor tracking types on or off.
- Show or hide individual categories within each type.
- Hiding a category removes it from Daily Tracking and Home cards — past logged values stay in Reports.
- This article covers the Settings path only. The sliders icon while logging toggles categories too — see managing what you track.

- If every category is off for a type, Daily Tracking shows No categories enabled for this tracking type.
- Built-in categories cannot be deleted from this screen — only hidden.
- Switch the Life factor type from Tracking Settings when you need to manage life-factor categories instead of symptoms.
