Add your own symptom and life-factor categories and items from Settings → Tracking Settings. Choose Yes/No or intensity scales for custom items, and hide built-in rows without deleting past logs.
What you can customize here
- Add custom categories inside Symptom or Life factor types.
- Add custom trackable items with a name, optional description, and value type.
- Yes/No items log presence for a day; Intensity items use the 1–6 scale used elsewhere in tracking.
- Long-press the instruction note on a list to reorder categories or items, then tap Done in the toolbar.
- Swipe to delete custom rows only — built-in categories and items can be hidden, not removed.
- Items with existing log data cannot be deleted — hide them instead.
