You can extend Daily Tracking with custom categories and items from the Symptom or Life factor view. Use the Add Item control at the end of a category row, or Add Category at the bottom of the list. For show/hide toggles, reorder, and full Tracking Settings, see Customize tracking categories.
What you can customize here
- Add custom trackable items inside an existing category.
- Add custom categories for the active Symptom or Life factor pill.
- Choose a value type when you create an item—Yes / No or Intensity 1–6.
- Hiding categories or items in Settings does not delete historical log values—past entries stay in Reports and export.
To open Daily Tracking from Home or the + menu, see Tracking symptoms for a day. For sliders, category toggles, reorder, and delete rules, see Customize tracking categories.
