Quick logging with Add (+)

Add (+)
Tap the center + on the tab bar from any main tab. It is not a fifth labeled tab—it opens a quick menu.

Track Period
Choose Track Period to log when your period started (see Entering your first period date).

Track Symptoms
Choose Track Symptoms to open the daily symptom log, or Add Notes for a journal entry.
