Log daily context—stress, travel, medications, social triggers—for the calendar date in the header. Log from Home or via Track Symptoms on the + menu, and review history on Reports.
What life factors are
- Life factors are yes or no entries for one calendar date—Stress, Travel, Illness, Partner conflict, prescription meds—not sleep or mood symptoms.
- Default items use yes or no cards; tap a card to mark whether that factor applied that day.
- They save to the same daily log and date header as symptoms; journal notes stay separate on the + menu.
- Sleep and Insomnia log under Symptom—not Life Factor.
- Which categories and items appear is set in tracking preferences, not on the logging screen.
For the date header, Add / Add More / See all, and the Symptom vs Life Factor pill shell, see Tracking symptoms for a day.

03
Add Life Factor
When nothing is logged yet for Life Factor, tap Add Life Factor to open Daily Tracking with the Life Factor pill selected.
04
Add More
Once at least one life factor is logged, Add More appears in the row (alongside up to three cards) to open Daily Tracking the same way.
05
See all
When more than three life factors are logged, tap See all to open Reports item history for the Home calendar day only—not the full Reports tab overview.
06
Item card
Tap a filled card to open that life factor in Reports with six cycles of detail.
✦Everything you save is tied to the calendar day in the header. Change the date to catch up on yesterday or fix an entry without mixing days together.
