Scroll to another calendar day before you log. Everything below follows the date shown—not necessarily today.

Cycle tracker
Phase ring, cycle day, and next-event estimates from your logged periods—orientation only, not a clinical diagnosis.

Hormone levels chart
Educational LH, FSH, Estrogen, and Progesterone curves—not lab results.

Daily check-ins
Symptoms and Life Factors rows show what you logged for the selected day.

Daily check-ins (tracking rows) and the check-in continue panel below them are different surfaces. Tracking rows show what you already logged; the continue panel opens the guided carousel for incomplete cards.

Scroll past Daily check-ins tracking rows to this panel when incomplete cards remain for the header date.

Tap the row showing the next incomplete card title and chevron to open the Daily Check-in carousel.

Future dates
The continue panel hides on future Home dates and when every card is complete for that day.
