Daily Check-in is the guided carousel flow—not the Daily check-ins tracking rows above—that walks you through incomplete cards for the date in the header. Open it from the continue panel below your tracking sections when at least one card is still incomplete.
Start from Home — continue panel
✦Daily check-ins (tracking rows) shows Symptoms and Life Factors you already logged; the Daily Check-in continue panel below opens the guided carousel. This article covers only the continue panel—not the tracking rows, PMDD Diagnosis Tracker panels, or DSM-5 Impact.
01
Home
Open the Home tab on the bottom bar.
02
Date header
Confirm the calendar day you want—the check-in applies to the date shown. Future dates hide the check-in section entirely.
03
Continue panel
Scroll past the Symptoms and Life Factors tracking rows to the continue panel below.
04
LET'S BEGIN TODAY'S CHECK-IN
When you have not started today, this eyebrow appears above the next card title on the panel.
05
CONTINUE WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
After you log at least one card, the eyebrow switches to this label and the button title names the next incomplete card.
06
Next card title row with chevron
Tap the row showing the next incomplete card title and chevron—not the section eyebrow header—to open the check-in flow carousel.
Check in for a past day
01
Date header
On Home, scroll the date header to a past calendar day before you open the continue panel.
02
Check in for
On a past day you have not started, the continue panel eyebrow reads Check in for that date instead of LET'S BEGIN TODAY'S CHECK-IN.
03
Continue for
After at least one card is logged on that day, the eyebrow reads Continue for that date. Tap the next card title row with chevron to open the same carousel scoped to that date.
✦Everything in the flow saves to the calendar day shown in Home's date header—change the date before opening the continue panel to log or finish a past day.
Inside the check-in flow
The flow opens as a full-screen carousel. Use Cancel to leave mid-session; logs you already entered are kept.
01
Cancel
Tap Cancel in the top bar to leave the flow. Cards you already saved stay logged for that date.
02
DAILY CHECK-IN
The flow header repeats the check-in type and shows how many cards remain—for example, 2 to complete.
03
Progress dots
Dots above the carousel track which flow steps are done, current, or still ahead for the date shown in Home's header.
04
Swipe
Swipe left or right to move between carousel cards—the same as Back and Next at the bottom.
05
Back
Use Back at the bottom to move to the previous card in the flow.
06
Next
Tap Next to advance to the next incomplete card. If you already logged something on the current card, Next marks that card complete first; completed cards are skipped.
07
Done
When every card in the check-in is complete, Done finishes the session and opens the completion screen.
Single-item cards
The preview shows the intensity scale pattern; in the check-in carousel it appears inline on the card with no Save or Cancel sheet.
01
Item card (intensity)
On single-item intensity cards, choose Not at all through Extreme on the inline selector. The value saves immediately and the flow may auto-advance after a short delay.
02
Yes
On single-item yes-or-no cards, tap the Yes button to log the item for the selected day; the flow may auto-advance after selection.
03
No
Tap the No button on yes-or-no cards to log the item as not present for that day.
04
Log as not at all
On single-item cards with no log yet, tap this bulk pill to log not at all and advance.
Multi-item cards
01
Symptom tiles
On multi-item cards, tap each symptom or life-factor tile to log it; each tap saves immediately.
02
None of these
On multi-item cards with no logs yet, tap this bulk pill to mark every item on the card as not at all, then advance.
03
Nothing else
When a card already has at least one log, this bulk pill marks any remaining unlogged items as not at all.
04
No bleeding
On period-flow cards, choose No bleeding when you had no bleeding that day.
Nothing logged on this card
01
Nothing logged on this card
After you browse a card once, tapping Next or swiping forward with no logs opens this confirmation sheet.
02
None of these / Log as not at all
The primary button matches the bulk pill on the card—None of these on multi-item cards, Log as not at all on single-item cards.
03
Skip for now
Advances without marking the card complete—the continue panel returns on Home so you can finish later.
When you finish
01
You showed up.
When every card is complete, the completion screen shows this headline with your day streak stat.
02
Back to home
Tap Back to home to dismiss the flow and return to Home with refreshed check-in status.
03
Take a few minutes to breathe
Optional—opens a short breathing exercise from the completion screen, then returns you to the completion screen.
After you complete a check-in
01
Daily check-ins
Newly logged items appear under the Daily check-ins heading in their Symptoms or Life Factors rows for that date.
02
Continue panel
When every card in a check-in is complete for the day, its continue panel no longer appears on Home.
03
