Find your way around Home—the default tab after profile setup. This article maps each section top to bottom: date header, cycle context, daily check-ins, guided check-in flow, and Recommended for You.
What you will find on Home
- Date header — calendar day for everything below
- Circular cycle tracker — phase, cycle day, and Next event estimates
- Hormone levels chart — educational curves, not lab results
- Daily check-ins — Symptom and Life Factor rows for the header date
- Check-in continue panel — guided Daily Check-in cards below tracking rows
- Recommended for You — education, research, and in-app help

Switch tabs on the bottom bar for charts, education, and community—see Navigating the app for a full tab tour.
Pick a calendar day
01
Today
Shows when you are viewing the current calendar day in the date header.
02
Go to Today
Appears when you are viewing another day—tap to jump back to today's Home.
03
Weekly date strip
Scroll horizontally to change the Home calendar day without opening the full calendar.
04
Date label
Tap the date display to open the full calendar sheet and pick any day.
05
Everything below the header
Daily check-ins, continue panel, and recommendations all follow the calendar day in the header—not necessarily today.
Cycle tracker and hormone chart
- Circular cycle tracker — phase arcs, moon phase, cycle day, and Next event strings
- Drag the ring — preview other days; release returns to the selected Home date
- Hormone levels chart — LH, FSH, Estrogen, Progesterone with ovulation indicator; simplified educational curves
- Estimates from logged cycle data—not clinical predictions; see dedicated help for each
Daily check-ins and See all
01
Daily check-ins
Section header above per-type tracking rows for Symptom and Life Factor on the Home date.
02
Symptom
Shows up to three logged item cards inline for the selected day.
03
Life Factor
Same layout as Symptom—up to three logged item cards per type on the Home date.
04
Add
Appears when nothing is logged yet for a type—opens Daily Tracking with that type pre-selected.
05
Add More
Appears once at least one item is logged—opens Daily Tracking the same way as Add.
06
See all
Appears only when more than three items are logged for that type on the Home date—opens day-scoped Reports history.
07
Logged item card
Tap a filled card to open that item in Reports with six cycles of history—a different destination from See all.
✦Daily check-ins (tracking rows) and the check-in continue panel below them are different surfaces. See all opens day-scoped Reports history; tapping a logged card opens multi-cycle item detail.

Future dates
The continue panel hides on future Home dates and when every card is complete for that day.
04
PMDD Diagnosis Tracker
Separate continue rows may appear for the PMDD tracker—this panel covers Daily Check-in cards only.
For step-by-step carousel logging, see Completing daily check-ins.

04
Logged item card
Tapping a card on Home instead opens item detail with a six-cycle range—not single-day history.
