PMDD Diagnosis Tracker is the DSM-5-oriented guided check-in on Home—a separate continue panel from Daily Check-in, with a fixed clinical card deck and a cycle badge when Duration is 3 Cycles. This article covers the Home panel and check-in flow only, not Settings card editing.
How it differs from Daily Check-in
- PMDD Diagnosis Tracker uses a fixed DSM-5-oriented card deck you cannot edit in Settings—only reminder schedule and duration.
- Its Home continue panel shows the PMDD DIAGNOSIS TRACKER eyebrow instead of DAILY CHECK-IN.
- When Duration is 3 Cycles, the panel shows a Cycle logged/needed badge and completion tracks cycles toward a diagnosis report.
- Cards include DSM-5 symptom groups (for example mood, irritability, anxiety), period flow, sleep, cravings, and—when you log qualifying symptoms—impact questions D1 through D3 inside the same flow.
- Daily Check-in uses a customizable card deck and no cycle badge—see Completing daily check-ins for that flow.

Inside the check-in flow
The flow opens as a full-screen carousel—the same navigation pattern as Daily Check-in. Use Cancel to leave mid-session; logs you already entered stay saved for the Home date.
DSM-5 symptom cards
The preview shows the intensity scale pattern; in the PMDD carousel it appears inline on DSM-5 cards with no Save or Cancel sheet.
Impact cards in this flow
When you log at least mild intensity on qualifying DSM-5 B or C symptoms that day, the flow adds impact cards D1 through D3—about productivity, hobbies and social life, and relationships. They use the same intensity selector and save like other cards.
