Update your display name, photo, birthday, diagnosis status, and health conditions anytime from Settings. This covers edits after setup — see setting up your profile for the first-time onboarding flow.
What you can update
- Profile photo, username, and birthdate on Edit Profile.
- PMDD diagnosis status and additional health conditions on Edit Profile or Health Info.
- Changes save to your account on device and sync through iCloud with your Apple ID.
- Username also appears in Community when you post — update it here if your display name changes.
Open your account hub

Settings
From Home, tap the gear in the date header.

Profile & Account
Tap the profile header row at the top — labeled Edit Profile when setup is complete.

The navigation title reads Account. You see your photo, name, Edit Profile, and Health Info rows.

Edit Profile
Tap Edit Profile to change photo, username, birthdate, diagnosis, and health conditions on one form.

Health Info
Tap Health Info for a focused screen on diagnosis status and health conditions only.
Save your changes

Profile photo
Tap the photo row to pick an image from your library, or Remove Photo to clear it.

Username
Enter at least two characters. This is a display name — a nickname is fine.

Birthdate
Adjust your birthdate with the date picker if it was entered incorrectly.

Diagnosis
Select the option that best matches your PMDD diagnosis status.

Save
Tap Save at the bottom. A confirmation alert appears when the update succeeds.
🔒Profile and health info are health data stored on your device and synced privately with your iCloud account. They are not shared publicly except your username when you use Community.
