AboutLearnGuidesResearchSupportPressDownload

Your Data in Settings is the hub for CSV export, import from Apple Health or a backup, and selective delete. Open it when you want backups or cleanup without leaving the app.

Open Your Data from Settings

In the app

Open Red Tent PMDD to see the live screen walkthrough for this step.

Download the app
01
Settings
Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar.
02
Your Data
In the data section, tap Your Data (subtitle Import · Export · Delete).

On the Your Data screen

A lock icon heads the trust line: your data is stored on your device and synced privately with iCloud, and Red Tent does not share your health data with third parties. Optional research sharing is a separate opt-in in Settings—not part of export, import, or delete on this screen.

  • Export Your Data
  • Import Data
  • Delete Your Data

Each row has a short footer beneath it (not separate EXPORT, IMPORT, or DELETE section headers).

What each row does

01
Export Your Data
Opens Export Your Data to generate a CSV for tracking, cycles, check-ins, and other eligible groups. See the export help article for time ranges and sharing.
02
Import Data
Opens Import Data for Apple Health or a Red Tent PMDD CSV backup; imported records merge with what you already have. See the import help article for each source.
03
Delete Your Data
Opens Delete Your Data to remove selected tracking, cycles, or community posts by group and date range. See the delete help article for confirmations and export-before-delete.
🔒Delete Your Data removes health and community records you select on that screen—it does not delete your Red Tent account. For full account removal, use Account settings.
  • Research Data Sharing — Settings data section row above Your Data; optional research opt-in, not export, import, or delete.
  • Account deletion — Settings → Account, not Your Data → Delete Your Data.
  • Privacy policies — Settings → Legal & Privacy, not this hub.
  • Step-by-step export, import, and delete — see the related help articles below; this article orients you to the hub only.
