Tap any symptom or life factor in Reports history to open a detail screen with a history chart, phase breakdown, and symptomatic days for that item. Open Reports → Overview, scroll to Symptom History or Life Factor History, and tap a tile—or jump in from a Home check-in card.

What the item detail screen shows

  • The same detail screen opens for symptoms and life factors—icon, name, optional description, then data sections below.
  • Cycle range pills at the top (1 cycle, 3 cycles, 6 cycles, 12 cycles, Custom) reload the chart, phase breakdown, symptomatic days, and Relation Patterns.
  • The history-over-time chart style depends on item type—numeric items show a severity line chart; boolean items show an occurrence chart.
  • A phase breakdown card shows a donut chart with Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal legend rows; numeric items also get a Severity / Occurrence toggle.
  • Symptomatic Days lists up to five cycle days for this item only—rules differ from the Symptomatic Days section on Overview.
