The center + on the tab bar opens a quick menu from Home, Reports, Resources, or Community. Pick Track Period, Track Symptoms, or Add Notes to jump straight to the screen for that task.
What the + button does
- The floating + sits above the tab bar and works from any main tab—not a fifth labeled tab.
- Track Period opens the period calendar; Track Symptoms opens Daily Tracking; Add Notes opens My Journal.
- Tapping the center tab-bar slot opens the same menu, but selection immediately returns to Home.
- Home Daily check-ins Add and Add more rows are alternate paths—this article covers the center + only.
