Start your email subject with Feature request: and a short title so product ideas stand out in our support queue. Use the same Contact Support path as Feedback.
What to put in your email
- The problem you are solving—e.g. “I cannot compare two symptoms across cycles”—not only a feature name.
- Where you hit the gap: Home, Tracking, Reports, Resources, Community, or Settings.
- How often you need it: daily logging, luteal phase only, before appointments, and so on.
- What you do today and what is missing—optional, but it clarifies the ask.
- One focused request per email. Save additional ideas for separate messages.
Subject line format
Begin with Feature request: followed by a short title. Examples: Feature request: PDF symptom timeline, or Feature request: reminder before predicted luteal phase.

✦We read every message, but we cannot ship every idea immediately. Repeated themes influence the roadmap; critical bugs, privacy issues, and safety work come first.
Not a feature request?
- Something broke or will not sync — try Troubleshooting & Support, then Feedback or Getting more help.
- Urgent mental-health support — Hotline on Resources or Crisis hotline; do not use Contact Support.
- Questions about how data is stored — Privacy and legal, not a feature email.
