Import menstrual cycle history from Apple Health into Red Tent. Open Settings → Your Data → Import Data → Apple Health, allow period-flow read access, review the preview, then tap Import Periods to merge into your cycles.

What Apple Health import reads

  • Reads menstrual flow samples only—not symptoms, medications, or other Health categories.
  • Lookback window is 730 days from the fetch date.
  • Red Tent does not write data back to Apple Health.
  • Imported periods become period records on this device; existing cycles are preserved.
  • Cycles with the same start date are updated; new periods are merged in.
