Delete tracking data removes selected logs from Red Tent on this device and from your iCloud sync. Take a moment to export first if you might need the information later.

🔒Deletion is permanent for the groups and dates you confirm. This is not the same as deleting your whole account.

What you can delete

  • Cycle data
  • Tracking data (symptoms, life factors, notes)
  • Community data
  • Check-in responses
  • Custom tracking items

Consent history and your on-device Resources catalog are managed separately and are not removed from this screen.

Open Delete Your Data

Settings
Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar.

Your Data
In the data section, tap Your Data (subtitle Import · Export · Delete).

Delete Your Data
Tap Delete Your Data. The navigation title is Delete Your Data.

Steps

Select groups
Check the categories to erase. Tap the info icon on a row to read what that group contains.

Set a time range
When the group supports it, choose all time or a recent window, or pick custom start and end dates.

Confirm delete
Review the summary, then confirm. The app may offer to export before you proceed.
