AboutLearnGuidesResearchSupportPressDownload

The App sub-tab is Red Tent PMDD's in-app help library—popular questions, Browse by topic tiles, and Red Tent PMDD rows each open a help article. Use this article to reach the App landing and open any guide; see Resources tab overview if you have not opened Resources yet.

What lives on the App sub-tab

  • The App sub-tab holds step-by-step help for using Red Tent PMDD—not Education articles, Research papers, or Toolkit tools.
  • The Resources header Search resources... bar is hidden while App is selected; use the Search help articles field on the landing instead.
  • Help articles load from the catalog built into your app—no network needed to read them.
  • Our story, Feedback, and Request a feature live in the Red Tent PMDD section below Browse by topic—they do not appear as topic tiles.

Search help articles

01
Search help articles
On the App landing, tap the search field below How can we help? to open help search.
02
All articles
Type to filter the in-app help catalog—the count label updates as you search; no query is sent to Red Tent servers.

When the search field is empty, the screen lists All articles. With no matches, you see No articles match your search. For Education or Research keyword search—not help—switch sub-tabs and use the header Search resources... field; see Searching resources.

Article feedback saves on your device and can sync through your private iCloud when enabled—it is not stored on Red Tent servers. Leaving Resources and returning later clears any open category list or article—you start again at the App landing when you come back.
