What you will find on Toolkit
The Toolkit sub-tab scrolls top to bottom through self-care tools and catalog rows. This article orients you on the hub only—each tool has its own help article.
- Self-Care + Safety Plan hero card at the top—tap Open on the hero to reach your advance safety plan.
- Interactive tools section with side-by-side Breathe and Grounding tiles for guided in-app sessions.
- Find your people card with Voices & Community and Awareness Organizations rows when those categories are in your app.
- Contribute to research section with a Join a Study card when a study category is available.

Open Self-Care + Safety Plan
The Safety Plan opens as its own screen—not the same view as Education or Research articles.
Start Breathe or Grounding

- Grounding walks you through the senses exercise—see 5-4-3-2-1 grounding in the Toolkit for each step.
Both tools launch from the hub tiles only. This overview does not cover in-session pacing or individual grounding steps.

The Toolkit hub itself does not show crisis shortcuts. Breathe and Grounding sessions include a footer with urgent-support options; the Resources header also offers a Hotline button on every sub-tab.
